Hope Del Carlo
Attorney
Hope grew up in Siskiyou County, California, and moved to Oregon in 1997. She went to Lewis and Clark Law School, and spent the early years of her career learning from Oregon’s best plaintiff’s lawyers. Hope worked for legal aid for much of her career, representing homeowners and farmworkers.
Monica Goracke
Attorney
Monica grew up in rural southern Oregon. She clerked for a federal district court judge in Alabama, practiced class action law in California, and then worked for legal aid in Oregon for almost 20 years. She has litigated many cases in employment, housing, disability, and other areas of civil rights law.
Joe Johnson
Operations Manager
Joe grew up in Washington’s Yakima Valley. After high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Army. He returned home to Washington for college and worked in newspaper publishing, higher education, and consulting. He moved to Oregon in 2019, and was recruited to expand Elemental Law’s operational infrastructure in 2023.
