Joe Johnson
As a teen growing up in central Washington, Joe’s first job was picking cherries on a family-owned farm during his summer vacation. Since then, he’s spent nearly 40 years solving problems for small organizations, serving in roles that demand analytical thinking, creative collaboration, and quick, decisive action.
He managed production at two regional Washington newspapers for nearly a decade, taught in the English department at Central Washington University, and worked with a consultancy that evaluates and improves behavioral health programs.
Joe was recruited to Elemental Law in 2023 to level up the firm’s operational processes and infrastructure. His background in writing, graphic design, data visualization, and IT has also enhanced Elemental Law’s operational and trial capacity, helping our clients get justice.
